In order to give professional massage therapy treatments tailored to your specific needs, I will need to collect information about your health. You will only receive treatment with your explicit consent. I also record your name, telephone number and email address via the contact form on my website in order to get in touch with you regarding bookings. If after three months from an initial enquiry you have not booked a treatment, your details will be deleted.

Lawful basis for holding and using client information

The lawful basis under which I hold and use your information is in order to provide you with the best possible massage therapy treatment options.

Duration information is held

Your information is kept during the time you use the services of Flow Thai Massage Therapy and for the purposes of insurance, for six years after your last treatment. After this time period, your information is securely destroyed.

Safe storage of information

All information is kept securely, accessible only by me. I will contact you using the contact preferences you give me in relation to appointment times or any updates to the services offered by Flow Thai Massage Therapy.
